With over 26 years helping families in conflict involved in Family Court Services of the 11th Judicial Circuit, I am committed to bringing conflict resolution to families outside of the court system. I was instrumental in the development of parenting coordination both in Florida and internationally, and have spearheaded the creation of eldercaring coordination, recognizing that all families are unique and deserve attention sensitive to their specific needs.   My mission is to bring that quality experience to families, young and old, as a neutral facilitator in the collaborative law process to help focus parents on the shared love of their children, and family members focus on their aging loved one, rather than their anger toward each other.

  • Former President of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) as well as its Florida Chapter
  • Secretary of the AFCC Task Force that created Guidelines on Parenting Coordination (2005) and Co-recorder of the AFCC Task Force that revised those guidelines in 2019
  • Florida Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Policy Committee
  • Co-Chair Elder Justice Initiative on Eldercaring Coordination, presented at United Nations when eldercaring coordination was recognized as an Action to Awareness Model for the Welfare of Ageing Persons (now legislated in Florida)
