The Collaborative Process is a team-based approach to resolving disputes. To be a sharpened collaborative professional it is important to fine tune your abilities and work to improve your critical thinking and team building skills. This year the CFLI will be working to put on more events to help you enhance your skills, team working ability, and referral sources to help make all our members the best collaborative professionals we can be.

On April 13th at 6pm, the CFLI will be holding our “Collaborative Hunt” via Zoom. We are asking our members to get your best team together for this fun team building experience. Teams should consist of no more than 5 members, and we strongly encourage each team to include a CFLI member we may see as often as we would like to help us re-engage our entire membership. Prizes will be given out to the top teams in the competition, so make sure you are ready for the fun and excitement!
