Anthony Diaz

Martin Feldman

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Miami-School of Law with Dean’s List honors and book awards 23-plus years ago Mr. Feldman began practicing business and commercial litigation. He then expanded his practice to family law and probate litigation. Mr. Feldman handles complex matters ranging from corporate dissolutions, partner disputes and detailed distribution of assets. Mr. Feldman’s real estate construction and development experience prior to law school affords him a better understanding of the complex financial problems arising in family cases. Mr. Feldman is a family man with a special-needs daughter and a degree in psychology. He understands and is able to provide assistance to our clients in resolving timesharing and parental issues. Complex business litigation requires a “cost-benefit” analysis to balance the gains sought through litigation against the financial costs of pursuing matters through the court. Mr. Feldman is also an authorized Arbitrator.
